The Cottage

The Isles Farm Cottage is a well equipped, detached four bedroom bungalow. Accomodation comprises:


Kitchen: fitted units, electric double oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Dining room: extending table, spiral staircase to master bedroom.
Sitting room: suite, TV, dvd player, hi fi, multifuel stove (burns logs and coal). The patio window gives stunning view over fields to Loch Fern and mountains and hills beyond.
Bathroom: modern suite, comprises bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet.
Bedroom 1: front bedroom; has view of farmland and Loch Fern. Kingsize bed, built in wardrobe, drawers.
Bedroom 2: twin single beds with built in wardrobe and drawers.
Bedroom 3: single bed, wardrobe and drawers.
Sun room/ conservatory off the kitchen.

En-suite shower room: modern fittings; washbasin, toilet and drenching shower.
Master bedroom: kingsize bed, walk-in wardrobe, dressing table, full length mirror. Door out to; 
Balcony: views to the front of the property looking down towards Loch Fern.



Garden: private enclosed garden with gates surrounded by wall and hedges. Lawn, patio and bench.
Garage: secure lockable garage with remote controlled shutter.
Driveway: block paved with parking for several cars.


  • Heating by electric storage heaters and solid fuel stove

  • Electricity included. Bag of logs and coal provided.

  • Bed linen included.

  • Cot, highchair, fireguard, buggy available on request.

  • Folding campbed available.


The Isles Farm and Isles Farm Cottage share a private water supply; water comes from a well on the farm and is filtered and treated. The water is tested regularly for quality. Please ask for further details.
